REFUND POLICY AND TERMS

Returns and Refund Policy

Our objective is to provide a wide selection of brand-name computer supplies at the best prices over the Internet. For your peace of mind, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee which means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return them (giving a reason) up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable.

If you are returning goods, you will have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises.  On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we may deduct the cost of collection from your refund.

For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund (less a 10% restocking fee) on any unwanted orders placed on our website. As per our delivery options you can email or call 01522 525229 within 48hrs to notify us of any changes to your order. We will refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation of the order.

Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice. As all of our products carry their warranties from respective manufacturers, we will be pleased to replace these products provided prior Returned Merchandize Authorisation (RMA) is issued by their manufacturer. All returns must be shipped postage prepaid.
